We try to dispatch all orders within a maximum time frame of 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Inventory shortages or other fulfilment issues may cause delays, if this is the case, you will be notified by email (please check your spam folder).
Any orders received after 11am may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Delays / Delivery Issues
We try as hard as we can to ensure your order arrives in time. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the delivery company, we are unable to guarantee any delivery date indicated by them. Whilst lost parcels, delays, damaged items and other issues are out of our control, we will do everything we can to fix the issue, your satisfaction is our priority.
