Our Standard delivery option for Mini Boxes is £3.50, and for Std, Large and MEGA Boxes £4.50, delivering to the UK Only, using our standard delivery service via Evri with Tracking, deliveries should take 2 – 3 working days from dispatch. We also provide upgraded shipping options with Evri 1 Day (1 - 2 Days) and DPD (Next Working Day). 

Mini (<500g) Shipping Upgrade

Guernsey & Jersey

We also provide upgraded shipping options with Royal Mail Track 24 (Next Working Day).

Mainland Europe

Our standard delivery option to Europe uses a mix of Royal Mail International & EVRI International in order to provide the best rate possible shipping from our U.K. warehouse.

You will notice they are cheaper than the courier's own site. Our goal is to make the shipping reasonable as we are aware of how expensive shipping is for customers shipping from the U.K.

The Courier international services used are:

  1. Royal Mail International Tracked (3 - 5 Days)
  2. Evri International 5+ (5 - 7 Days)

All the services include tracking.

The rates will vary depending on the country and the size of the box. There are 4 zones in Europe not including Jersey & Guernsey with different rates against each of the 4 different sizes of the box.

Please kindly check the estimated shipping rates and courier service for your country during checkout.

The following countries we ship to in Mainland Europe are:

Aland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Vatican City.

In order to keep the shipping reasonable, we have decided to exclude shipping to the following countries in Europe:

Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greenland, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Isle of Man, Kosovo, Mayotte, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands Antilles, North Macedonia, Reunion, Svalbard & Jan Mayen and Ukraine.

United States Shipping Rates

  1. Mini (<500g): £9.50 (Royal Mail)

Canada Shipping Rates

Rest of World

We do not currently ship to any countries outside of the ones listed above. We do plan to add more counties down the road, stay tuned!

Despatch Cut Off

We aim to despatch on the same day for all orders before the 12pm cut-off time.

All orders received after 12pm will be despatched the next day. Should there be any issues you will be notified by email (please check your spam folder).

Custom & Import Fees

You don't need to pay customs fees if you are based in the United Kingdom.

For all other countries outside of the U.K., you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority.

GOOD NEWS: Most countries will have a limit on their cost of goods before customs fees are chargeable. For example, in Germany, it is €45 euros and importing into the U.K., it is £135 or less and does not contain alcohol or tobacco.

Please check with your local customs authority.

Goods - such as the Box of Protein Snacks cannot simply be shipped freely from country to country.

Custom Duties

When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called 'Customs Duty' that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your country's specific regulations.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported. AND IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY? 

If you decide to refuse the customs fees, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to Box of Protein before processing a refund for your order and in some instances, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure about whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax, also known as VAT or GST, is a tax charged on the supply of goods or services. Box of Protein is a new business, we currently are not registered for sales tax and so do not charge you the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process.

Delays / Delivery Issues / Leave Safe Locations

The customer is always responsible for ensuring full and accurate delivery and postal code information is provided, while we do our best to review the orders leaving we cannot validate every single address given nor can we cover the costs incurred or compensate for any resultant delays, we will be charged either way by the courier for incorrect address information.

We try as hard as we can to ensure your order arrives on time. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the delivery company, we are unable to guarantee any delivery date indicated by them. Delivery services provided by delivery companies are aims and not guarantees, although parcels should arrive within 1-4 working days.

Please be careful when requesting a "leave safe" location via any of our courier's apps or websites as you assume full responsibility for the goods and delivery should a parcel go missing following a successful delivery made. Please ensure the "leave safe" location is away from any pedestrian traffic, nearby walkways or roads. Whilst we will do our utmost to follow up with the courier in question, if they have evidence of the delivery, we will likely be unable to refund or replace the item. Please ensure to check the default "leave safe" settings and instructions, if you have set these in the past couriers will follow these instructions for all deliveries.

Whilst lost parcels, delays, damaged items and other issues are out of our control, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as best we are able as your satisfaction is our priority.
