What's in the box?

Your box may vary, but it will always contain awesome products for anyone who goes to the gym, exercises regularly or wants to lead a healthy lifestyle. We aim to include anything from protein powders, protein bars, brownies, flapjacks, crisps and other protein based treats or products.

Do I have to subscribe?

No, purchases are currently one off, but we think once you buy one you will want to buy many more! We may add this feature in the future, giving you the choice of subscribing or to carry on buying individual boxes.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to these countries:

UK (Including Northern Ireland) - From £1.59  |  FREE on order over £24.99

Republic of Ireland - Delivery starts from £2.99

Rest of the World - Delivery starts from £4.99

Please note that while we do ship orders outside of the United Kingdom, international orders can be tricky as customs rules vary widely from country to country. By placing an international order, you understand that you are solely responsible for any and all customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other costs which this order may incur and we cannot issue a refund for any inability to receive the package after we have sent it out.

 

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

1st Class Delivery

Your order should arrive with 1-2 working days

2nd Class Delivery

Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, although correct in around 93% of cases, but can sometimes take longer due to delays outside of our control.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Only Royal Mail Special Delivery can be tracked fully. Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class are not currently trackable.

 

Can I choose what's in my box?

Best Before End (BBE) Dates

What is a BBE date?

The date you see on the back of the bars is a BBE (best before end) date, which is different to an expiry date.

Here is an excerpt from the NHS website:

“Best before" dates are about quality, not safety. When the date is passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be harmful, but it might begin to lose its flavour and texture.”

The bars you received are still fresh until after the end of the date/month printed, only after that date has passed do we stop sending them out.

However, if we have accidentally sent you an items(s) that arrive after the BBE date printed, please get in touch.
